Lake Creek Lodge #729 Was granted it's charter on October 5, 1875 by the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of A.F. & A.M. In 2025 We celebrated our 150 Anniversary of serving our community. Originally We met on the second floor of the First Christian church in Shakrag, Next we met at where the current First Baptist church of Johnston City, il meets.(7th street & Jefferson street) and can still see the square and compass. Finally we moved to our current location at 501 S. Washington street across from the Library and old Police and fire station.
